When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, address, city, and governorate. That's the same information you type into our checkout form — we don't collect anything else about you, and we don't require an account or login to shop with us.
Solely to fulfill and deliver your order. We accept Cash on Delivery only, so we never collect or store any online payment details — there's simply nothing like that to protect, because it's never asked for.
We never sell your information or share it with advertisers. The only exception is our delivery courier, who needs your name, phone, and address to bring you your order — that's it.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by reaching out via WhatsApp or Instagram on our Contact page. If you have an order in progress, we'll hold onto what's needed to complete delivery first, then remove it.
